Office of the Boonton Housing Authority Will Be opened to the public effective July 1, 2020  from 9am to 4pm by appointment only. Call the office at 973 335 0846 or email your case worker to schedule an appointment.

The Housing Authority of the Town of Boonton, is located at 125 Chestnut Street, Boonton, NJ 07005. We have one mixed family high-rise (60 units); and one low-rise complex (14 units), for a total of 74 units. The Authority was created through a resolution of the Town of Boonton and organized as a public housing authority as defined by State Statute

The mission of the Authority is “to provide, through public and private partnerships, decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing for low-income families, without discrimination; and to improve the quality of life for residents by promoting family self-sufficiency.”
