State law must be followed where such law exists and does not conflict with federal regulations.

BHA SMOKE FREE POLICY EFFECTIVE JULY 18TH 2018 I certify that I have received the HUD Smoke Free Policy Handbook given by the Boonton Housing Authority and I've been informed that the Smoke Free Policy takes effect July 15, 2018.
